1. Scope and provider

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop mazodor.com. The provider and contractual partner is:

2. Conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting your order at checkout you make a binding offer to purchase the items in your cart. The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email or dispatch the goods.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the statutory Swiss value added tax (currently 8.1%). The total price shown at checkout at the time of ordering applies. Shipping costs are shown separately (see section 5).

4. Payment

Payments are processed exclusively through our payment provider Stripe. Depending on availability, credit and debit cards, TWINT and digital wallets are available. Your payment method is charged when the order is placed. An order is only considered paid once payment has been confirmed by Stripe. The processing of your payment data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Shipping and delivery

Destinations and shipping methods

MAZODOR ZURIGO ships orders from Switzerland. Depending on the delivery address, different shipping options are available. The available shipping methods and their costs are displayed at checkout based on the delivery address.

We reserve the right to change shipping carriers at any time without prior notice in order to ensure reliable and fast delivery. Selecting a shipping method at checkout (e.g. Standard or Express) describes the desired service level and does not guarantee a specific carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the selected shipping method and are shown before the order is completed.

Processing and delivery times

We aim to ship orders within 1 to 2 business days of receipt of payment. Estimated delivery times:

Switzerland: 1–2 business days
Germany and Austria: 2–5 business days
European Union: 5–10 business days
Other countries: 5 business days to 3 weeks (depending on shipping method and destination)

These delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, public holidays or other external factors are beyond our control. MAZODOR ZURIGO accepts no liability for such delays.

Customs duties, import taxes and charges

Please read this section carefully before ordering. All MAZODOR ZURIGO products are shipped from Switzerland. For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or handling fees of the respective destination country may apply. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are levied by the relevant authorities.

Switzerland: Prices include the statutory Swiss value added tax.

European Union and other countries: Depending on the country, additional import duties or taxes may apply. These are borne by the buyer.

By placing your order you confirm that:

You are responsible for complying with the import regulations of your country.
All customs, import and tax charges are borne by you.
MAZODOR ZURIGO does not refund customs or import costs.
Refusal of acceptance due to customs or import fees does not entitle you to a refund.

We recommend informing yourself about the import regulations of the destination country before ordering.

Dangerous goods and shipping restrictions

Perfume is classified as a flammable liquid (UN 1266, Class 3) and is subject to international transport regulations. This may affect shipping options, delivery times or shipping costs. In some countries or regions shipping may be restricted or not possible. If shipping is not possible, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer a suitable solution.

Tracking

After dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking link. Please note that tracking activation may take up to 24 hours.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are only possible for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Please contact our customer service within 14 days of receiving the goods to register a return. The following conditions apply:

The customer bears the return shipping costs unless the fault lies with us.
Refunds are issued within 14 business days of receipt and inspection of the goods.
Opened or used products are excluded from return for hygiene reasons.
Free or promotional items must also be returned unopened. Otherwise their value will be deducted from the refund.
Customs duties, import charges or taxes are not refunded.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address, refusal of acceptance or failure to collect, the customer bears the cost of re-shipping. If no re-delivery takes place, the purchase price is refunded minus the shipping costs incurred.

7. Warranty and defects

The statutory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Should a product be damaged or defective on receipt, please contact us within 14 days at info@mazodor.com with a description and, if possible, photos. We will look for a solution promptly (replacement, repair or refund).

8. Liability

MAZODOR ZURIGO is liable without limitation for damage arising from injury to life, body or health and for damage based on intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract, to the extent permitted by law. No liability is accepted for delays or damage caused by third parties (e.g. carriers or customs authorities).

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Zürich (Switzerland), to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the customer's country of residence remain reserved.
