We process your personal data in accordance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we process

• Order and account data: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number, order history.
• Payment data: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card details on our systems.
• Contact form: the information you submit (name, email, phone, message).
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referrer and interactions with the website (only with your consent, see section 4).

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data to handle and ship orders, manage customer accounts, process payments, respond to enquiries, improve our website and offering and — with your consent — carry out reach and marketing analysis.

4. Legal bases

Processing is carried out to perform the contract (handling your order), on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure and performant service, to comply with legal obligations (e.g. retention duties) and — for analytics and marketing cookies — on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

5. Cookies and consent management

On your first visit we ask for your consent via a cookie banner. Your choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage key navitech_cookie_consent). You can choose between the categories Necessary, Analytics, Advertising and Preferences. Necessary cookies are required for operation and are always active; all others are only set after your consent. We also use Google Consent Mode v2 to adapt Google services to your consent. 6. Analytics and marketing

Where you have consented, we use:

• Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to analyse website usage, both client-side (gtag) and server-side via the Measurement Protocol.
• Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure and optimise advertising campaigns. This may set the cookies _fbp and _fbc and transmit event data to Meta server-side.
• First-party analytics: we record anonymised usage events server-side (page views, session duration, interactions) to improve our offering.

7. Payment processing (Stripe)

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. or Stripe, Inc. The data required for payment (e.g. payment method, amount, name) is transmitted directly to Stripe and processed by Stripe as an independent controller in accordance with its privacy policy.

8. Email

To confirm and process orders we send transactional emails (e.g. order and shipping confirmations) to you and internal notifications to the operator.

9. Hosting and image delivery

Our website and uploaded images are hosted with an infrastructure provider (Navitech Systems SRL). Images are delivered via S3-compatible storage (s3.navitech.cloud). When accessed, technically necessary connection data (e.g. IP address) is processed.

10. Account and sessions

If you use a customer account, we set a necessary session cookie to keep you logged in. Your shopping cart is stored locally in your browser (localStorage key mz_cart).

11. Disclosure to third parties

We only disclose personal data where necessary for the stated purposes (e.g. to payment providers, carriers, hosting and analytics providers) or where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

12. International data transfers

Some providers (e.g. Stripe, Google, Meta) may transfer data to countries outside Switzerland or the EEA. In such cases we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses) in line with legal requirements.

13. Retention period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or due to statutory retention obligations (e.g. commercial and tax law duties of up to 10 years).

14. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict processing, to data portability and to object to certain processing. You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, contact info@mazodor.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in Switzerland: FDPIC).

15. Changes

We may update this privacy policy to reflect changes in law or functionality. The version published on this page applies.
